As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Revit Modeller to join our dedicated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team in Jakarta.
As a key member of our BIM unit, you will take ownership of the digital delivery of MEP systems. Your primary focus will be the development and management of detailed 3D Revit models, ensuring they meet the project's stringent requirements for accuracy, coordination, and constructability. You will work at the heart of the project delivery team, collaborating closely with senior engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to integrate MEP services seamlessly into the overall building design.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed 3D Revit MEP models throughout all project phases (design, construction, as-built).
- Produce high-quality construction drawings, schedules, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform regular clash detection and coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models using Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure all BIM models comply with company standards, client BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and local building regulations (SNI).
- Collaborate with project engineers and architects to resolve design conflicts and optimize MEP system layouts for cost efficiency and constructability.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks on all models and deliverables.
- Generate quantity take-offs from models and assist senior engineers with cost estimation efforts.
- Maintain and organize the project document control system, ensuring version control for all BIM data and drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Revit Modeller, specifically focusing on Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design principles, construction methodologies, and Indonesian building codes (SNI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptionally high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary design team under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is a distinct advantage.
- Holding a valid Autodesk Revit certification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
