Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed architectural models using Revit software for commercial and residential projects
- Create and maintain comprehensive BIM models ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction documentation
- Perform quality assurance checks on Revit models including coordination and clash detection
- Generate construction documentation including plans, elevations, and details
- Establish and implement BIM standards and best practices across project teams
- Stay current with Revit updates and emerging BIM technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional Revit experience in architectural design
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM software
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Certification in Revit Architecture (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating Revit projects and BIM implementation
