Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor rewinding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Inspect finished products carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all workplace safety standards and company regulations at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, material defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adjust machine settings based on material types and production requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating industrial or rewinding machinery is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and operating manuals.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and handling manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good teamwork and communication skills within a fast-paced environment.
