Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision rework and repair of electronic components and PCB assemblies
- Utilize specialized equipment (hot air stations, microscopes, soldering tools) for defect rectification
- Conduct detailed inspection of products to identify quality deviations
- Document rework processes and maintain accurate quality records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot recurring production issues
- Implement corrective actions to minimize defect recurrence rates
- Adhere to ESD safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in electronics rework or assembly
- Proficiency in SMT and through-hole soldering/desoldering techniques
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and quality control procedures
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
