Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise rework, repair, and inspection of products according to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and rectify manufacturing defects to ensure final products meet company requirements.
- Operate rework equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document all rework activities, including defect descriptions and corrective actions, in compliance with quality records.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Technician, Rework Specialist, or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity for precision work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and testing procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit to perform standing and manual work as required by the job.
