Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop RF circuits, antennas, and matching networks for wireless devices.
- Perform RF testing, characterization, and troubleshooting using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and other lab equipment.
- Conduct electromagnetic simulation and modeling to predict performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to integrate RF modules and resolve system‑level interactions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, test reports, and design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE) and internal quality guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and provide expertise on RF‑related topics.
- Support prototype builds and field trials, including data analysis and performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in RF design and testing.
- Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST) and measurement equipment.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols and standards (LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi).
- Experience with PCB layout and signal integrity considerations for RF applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
