As an RF Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive site surveys, implementing testing protocols, and performing network optimization activities to maximize coverage capacity and quality. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RF engineering for 4G/LTE networks
- Strong knowledge of RF propagation models and network planning principles
- Proficiency in RF testing equipment and network optimization tools
- Experience with site surveys, drive testing, and network performance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues
- Strong project coordination and time management abilities
- Certifications in RF engineering or telecommunications are advantageous
