Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive RF test plans for new product development and validation cycles.
- Utilize advanced test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes, to validate signal integrity.
- Analyze test data and generate detailed technical reports to support product releases and engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to troubleshoot and resolve RF anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict compliance with global regulatory standards and customer specifications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging wireless technologies and industry trends to propose innovative testing solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in RF theory, microwave engineering, and wireless communication protocols (5G/LTE/NR, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with RF test equipment, simulation tools (MATLAB, Cadence, Keysight), and lab equipment.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages (Python) for automated testing and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
