We are seeking a Senior RF Test Engineer to lead the design verification of highly integrated RF transceiver ICs. In this critical role, you will develop advanced test solutions and methodologies that ensure signal integrity, performance, and reliability across our cutting-edge product portfolio.

You will define test strategies, automate verification processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex engineering challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing robust RF solutions to market faster and more efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement automated test setups and bench-level verification systems for RF transceiver ICs.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and verification strategies to ensure full coverage of RF specifications and signal integrity.
- Analyze complex RF measurements, troubleshoot anomalies, and drive root-cause analysis with design teams.
- Create and optimize low-cost, high-volume test solutions suitable for manufacturing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the test engineering team.
- Write detailed technical documentation, including test plans, reports, and validation scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF test engineering, IC verification, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of RF communication standards (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, GSM, CDMA) and modulation schemes.
- Proficiency in operating RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers (VNA), and Oscilloscopes.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW, or Perl).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on signal chain analysis and debugging.
