Tanggung Jawab
- Perform functional and performance testing on RF modules and sub-assemblies.
- Operate specialized test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair RF hardware issues to component level.
- Maintain accurate test documentation and quality records in compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest improvements to manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve design or production bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in RF testing.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints.
- Solid understanding of RF measurement techniques and instrumentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with ISO quality management systems is an added advantage.
