We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsperson / Manufacturing Designer to join our dynamic team at TMC BPO Services (Philippines) Corporation. As a Rhino3D Designer / CAD Designer, you will play a critical role in transforming concepts into precise technical drawings and 3D models using Rhino3D and CAD software. Your expertise will support our manufacturing and engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in design and production processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Rhino3D and CAD software for manufacturing purposes.
- Review and interpret design specifications, sketches, and conceptual ideas to produce accurate renderings.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine product designs and ensure manufacturability.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, including revisions and version control.
- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and support the production team during manufacturing.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software enhancements to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Draughtsperson, CAD Designer, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
- Proficiency in Rhino3D, AutoCAD, or other relevant CAD software.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Associate degree or higher in Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous design projects is a plus.
