Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of ride and show attractions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Lead, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary team including ride operators, technicians, and support staff
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational procedures, maintenance schedules, and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and creative teams to optimize attraction performance and guest experience
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain operational excellence
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage guest relations, resolving inquiries and issues while maintaining service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in theme park, amusement ride, or live entertainment management
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Expert knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., ASTM F24, local amusement ride codes)
- Strong technical understanding of ride mechanics, show systems, and control technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in operational planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ability to work in multicultural environment
