Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders to customers in Lahad Datu and surrounding areas in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Process customer payments securely using the POS system and provide accurate change.
- Practice excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Manage inventory of delivery bags and assist in store operations when not on the road.
- Report any maintenance issues with the vehicle or delivery equipment immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class B motorcycle license is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of navigation apps and local routes in Sabah.
- Previous experience in delivery or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak meal times.
