- Timely delivery of food orders to customers across Kuching
- Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery
- Maintain clean and safe motorcycle condition at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic safety regulations
- Manage delivery route efficiently to minimize delays
- Report delivery issues or customer feedback promptly
- Assist with basic restaurant operations during off-peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (Class A/B)
- Minimum 1 year riding experience in urban areas
- Strong knowledge of Kuching road networks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good physical fitness for handling food packages
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
