Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner within the assigned area.
- Ensure all delivery bags are kept clean, sanitary, and at the correct temperature.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle customer interactions with a smile, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and McDonald's delivery policies.
- Process payments and handle change accurately when required.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff regarding order status.
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license and own transport (motorcycle/car).
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 10kg.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the local area in Perlis is an advantage.
- Previous experience in food delivery or courier services is a plus.
