Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders promptly and safely to customers' designated locations
- Maintain motorcycle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks
- Verify order accuracy before departure and upon delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with store team during peak hours
- Assist with basic store operations when not on delivery duty
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (Class D or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of Kedah routes and landmarks
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic numeracy for handling payments and orders
- Physically fit to handle delivery requirements
- Punctual and reliable work ethic
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
