Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently to customers within the agreed timeframes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery motorcycle.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely and process transactions correctly.
- Interact with customers professionally and represent the McDonald's brand positively.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations strictly while driving.
- Update order status on the system in real-time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in store operations during peak hours if required.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SBL).
- Must own a reliable motorcycle suitable for delivery work.
- Must have a valid Malaysian Passbook (MyKad) or IC.
- Must be physically fit and able to handle deliveries in various weather conditions.
- Good knowledge of the Sandakan and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using a smartphone for navigation and payment apps.
- Previous experience in food delivery or retail is an advantage.
