- Deliver McDonald's orders to customers promptly and safely
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety checks
- Verify order accuracy before departure
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safe riding practices
- Manage cashless payment transactions efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and assist with in-store operations when needed
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (Class D2 or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year riding experience in urban areas
- Strong knowledge of Kuching's road networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to handle delivery tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic cash handling and payment system knowledge
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
