We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Rigger to join our team for various Telecommunication (Telco) and Cell Site Projects in Davao City. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to work on critical infrastructure projects ensuring seamless connectivity.
As a Rigger, you will be responsible for the safe installation, dismantling, and maintenance of telecommunication towers and equipment. You will operate heavy machinery and rigging hardware to hoist materials at heights, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and project timelines. We value precision, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety in all operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform safe rigging operations for the installation and dismantling of telecommunication towers and cell site equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and test rigging hardware, including hoists, pulleys, slings, and winches.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety plans at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with construction crews, engineers, and project supervisors to execute project milestones.
- Secure loads and materials for transport to and from job sites, ensuring stability during movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Rigger Certificate or relevant trade certification is required.
- Proven experience in the telecommunications, construction, or rigging industry.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy loads.
- Knowledge of load calculations and rigging techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao City and travel for projects.
