Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time trading activities to identify and escalate potential market and credit risks.
- Analyze execution quality and provide actionable reports to improve trading performance.
- Collaborate with the trading desk to ensure strict adherence to established risk appetite and regulatory limits.
- Maintain and update risk management dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility.
- Perform daily reconciliation of trading data and investigate discrepancies in trade execution.
- Support the development and optimization of automated risk monitoring systems.
- Keep abreast of global market trends and regulatory changes impacting the firm's trading portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk management, trading support, or middle-office operations within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and trading life-cycles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or Bloomberg Terminal).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
