Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify potential fraudulent patterns or suspicious activities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fraud detection rules and risk mitigation controls.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex risk incidents to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to enhance security features and system integrity.
- Prepare regular risk assessment reports and dashboards for management to support informed decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends within the logistics and tech industry to proactively adjust defense strategies.
- Continuously optimize operational workflows to balance risk reduction with user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk analysis, fraud prevention, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or fintech industry is highly desirable.
