Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to the manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across operational, financial, and regulatory domains to identify and evaluate potential threats.
- Monitor evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, environmental regulations, corporate governance) and ensure organisational compliance.
- Plan and execute internal audits, compliance reviews, and spot checks, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance employee awareness and promote a culture of integrity.
- Investigate compliance breaches and risk incidents, preparing comprehensive reports and ensuring timely resolution.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and legal counsel to facilitate audits and maintain strong regulatory relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the risk and compliance function, leveraging best practices and data analytics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and environmental standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management or GRC software.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CCEP, CIA, or equivalent are highly valued.
