Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential financial, operational, and compliance risks across business units.
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks.
- Perform regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and monitor the effectiveness of controls.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards for senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure the organization remains in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging risks to proactively adjust risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into daily operational workflows.
- Maintain documentation of risk assessments, incident logs, and mitigation progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance roles within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or visualization software).
- Comprehensive knowledge of local financial regulations and standard risk management frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional certification such as FRM, CRM, or CIA is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
