Are you a seasoned risk professional looking to make a significant impact at one of Indonesia's leading retail and distribution companies? Erajaya is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Risk Management Analyst Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our operational and financial health. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to identify potential threats, assess their impact on our enterprise objectives, and develop robust mitigation strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical risk assessment and actionable business solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks tailored to the retail and distribution landscape.
- Proactively identify, assess, and quantify operational, financial, and strategic risks across all business units.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement internal controls and mitigation strategies.
- Lead periodic risk assessment workshops and training sessions to foster a risk-aware culture within the organization.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Evaluate the potential impact of regulatory changes and market volatility on Erajaya's operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and resolve identified risk gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Management Consulting.
- Proven expertise in ERM frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO) and risk modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise management reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or visualization software like Tableau/Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Professional certification such as CRMA, FRM, or CIA is considered a strong advantage.
