Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments including credit, operational, and market risk analysis
- Lead cross-functional risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning
- Monitor emerging financial regulations and ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia guidelines
- Manage risk reporting dashboards and present findings to executive leadership
- Oversee internal audit processes and corrective action implementations
- Mentor junior risk analysts and foster continuous risk awareness culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years risk management experience in fintech or banking sector
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, Bank Indonesia)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk modeling tools
- Certification in FRM, CRM, or equivalent risk management qualification
- Proven leadership experience managing risk teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and risk management software
