- Design and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks aligned with mining industry standards
- Conduct systematic risk assessments for operational, financial, and compliance exposures
- Develop mitigation strategies for identified risks in resource extraction and processing
- Monitor key risk indicators and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
- Facilitate risk awareness training across operational and administrative teams
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance certifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mining Engineering
- Professional certifications in risk management (CRMO, CRMP, or ERMCP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management within mining or heavy industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Expertise in mining safety regulations and environmental compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
