Join DGW Group as a Risk Management Supervisor and lead our risk mitigation initiatives across all departments. This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate the identification, analysis, and evaluation of operational, financial, and strategic risks. You'll develop comprehensive risk frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard organizational assets through proactive risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with department heads to embed risk management into business processes while maintaining alignment with international standards like COSO and ISO 31000.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll prepare risk assessments, monitor control effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights to senior management. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in risk culture while maintaining operational resilience. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate risk identification, analysis, and evaluation processes across all departments
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks aligned with industry standards
- Lead risk mitigation planning and monitor control implementation effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk governance policies
- Conduct risk assessments for new projects and strategic initiatives
- Manage and mentor the risk management team to achieve departmental objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Professional certifications (FRM, CRM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in risk management software
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
