Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management within banking/financial services
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in risk management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is preferred
