Indra Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall risk management strategy, ensuring the organization operates securely while maximizing opportunities for growth. You will lead efforts in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the enterprise, ensuring robust control implementation and adherence to global regulatory standards.
As a Risk Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert insights into risk governance and compliance practices. Your work will directly impact our ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and maintain the highest standards of integrity. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate technical risk data into actionable business intelligence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in operational, financial, and strategic processes.
- Monitor and analyze emerging regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance with banking and financial laws.
- Oversee the design and execution of internal controls to mitigate risk exposure effectively.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for executive management to support decision-making.
- Lead internal audit coordination and remediation efforts to address control deficiencies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CIA, or CRISC are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Basel III, IFRS 9, or other relevant financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
