Are you ready to lead the charge in securing one of the most dynamic payment ecosystems in Southeast Asia? We are seeking a strategic Risk Policy & Strategy Manager to own and elevate our fraud risk framework. In this pivotal role, you will define the strategic direction of our risk policies, ensuring the safety and integrity of the payments lifecycle—from cash-in and purchases to peer-to-peer transfers.
You will act as a key partner to engineering, product, and operations teams, translating complex risk data into actionable strategies. We need a visionary leader who can balance security with seamless user experience, utilizing advanced analytics to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fraud risk strategies and policies across all payment touchpoints.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of risk policy creation, review, and optimization for cash-in, purchase, and disbursement flows.
- Analyze fraud patterns, trends, and data to drive proactive mitigation and reduce financial loss.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate risk controls into the platform architecture.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario planning to prepare for potential threats.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Present risk insights and strategy updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, or Data Analytics within the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and build predictive models.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end fraud lifecycle and implementing security protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
