Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and refine the company's enterprise risk management framework and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across all business units to identify potential operational, financial, and strategic threats.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective risk mitigation plans and controls.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards for senior management and board reviews.
- Facilitate risk awareness workshops and training sessions to foster a proactive risk management culture.
- Stay current with industry-specific regulations and best practices in the mining and natural resources sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in risk management, internal audit, or operational compliance, preferably in mining or energy.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and risk management software.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management standards or similar frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex risk data to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
