- Develop, implement, and maintain risk assessment models and systems for consumer lending products
- Collaborate with business units to translate risk strategies into technical solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks in lending portfolios
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for risk management systems
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance risk detection capabilities
- Document system processes, configurations, and risk management protocols
- Stay current with emerging risk technologies and industry best practices
- Support the execution of risk strategies through technical implementation and system optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in risk management systems development, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with database management systems and SQL
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and lending processes
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial institutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
