Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in travel consulting, sales, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, particularly river cruise itineraries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in booking systems and travel management software
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English with additional language skills considered an asset
