Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for Research & Development (R&F) and Operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders are met.
- Process and review purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices to maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify sourcing opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory reconciliation processes.
- Adhere to company policies, procurement guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or buying role, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs and managing supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
