Are you an organized and proactive supply chain professional looking to make an impact in the food manufacturing industry? Food Flow is seeking a dedicated RMPM (Raw Materials & Packaging Materials) Planner to join our dynamic operations team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
As an RMPM Planner, you will play a critical role in our production ecosystem. Your primary mission is to ensure the consistent, timely, and cost-effective supply of raw and packaging materials necessary to meet our production schedule. By balancing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with production and purchasing teams, you will directly prevent operational downtime and optimize inventory turnover.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and execute material requirements plans (MRP) to ensure constant availability of raw materials and packaging materials for production.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of RMPM, balancing supply to prevent stockouts while avoiding excess inventory or waste.
- Coordinate with the procurement department and external suppliers to schedule material deliveries and resolve lead-time issues.
- Perform regular inventory audits, physical cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain high inventory record accuracy.
- Track and manage aging, slow-moving, or near-expiry materials, implementing recovery or minimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to monitor incoming material quality and address vendor non-conformance issues.
- Generate weekly and monthly material status, usage variance, and stock level reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in materials planning, inventory control, or production scheduling, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
