Cargill is seeking a highly skilled RMS Administrator to join our Jakarta-based team on a contractual basis. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a bridge between our legacy systems and the future of our digital infrastructure.
As we embark on a major SAP migration project, the integrity of our data is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that our master data is clean, accurate, and ready for integration. If you have a sharp eye for detail, deep experience with data cleansing protocols, and a solid understanding of enterprise ERP systems, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to map complex data sets, validate records, and ensure a seamless transition for the business. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end data cleansing processes to ensure high-quality data readiness for SAP migration.
- Map legacy data structures to new SAP formats, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across systems.
- Perform rigorous validation of data sets to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to document data transformation rules and workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of data migration activities and report progress to project stakeholders.
- Support the team in troubleshooting data-related issues during the integration and migration phase.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Cargill’s strict data governance and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data administration, data cleansing, or database management.
- Prior experience participating in ERP migration projects (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and data manipulation tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and root causes in complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data issues into business solutions.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
