- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the road logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and track key business development metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics or transportation
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Knowledge of road logistics operations, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement effective business plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
