- Proactively engage with the public at various roadshow locations, creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere to attract potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our Electricity Plans and Education Courses to diverse audiences.
- Generate qualified leads and drive direct sales by persuasively presenting product information and overcoming objections.
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle attractive promotional booths and displays, ensuring a professional and appealing presence.
- Accurately record customer information and sales data, adhering to company procedures and data privacy guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and lead generation targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and building positive rapport with potential clients.
- Stay updated on all product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales, promotions, customer service, or a roadshow environment is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality, capable of generating interest and closing sales.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales and lead generation goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, public holidays, and varying hours based on roadshow schedules.
- Prior knowledge or interest in electricity plans or education courses is a plus.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
