In this high-impact role, you will be the calm, reassuring voice for members facing vehicle emergencies. From flat tires to lockouts, you will quickly assess each unique situation, dispatch the right help, and manage the service event from start to finish—all while delivering exceptional care and empathy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and digital requests for roadside assistance in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Accurately assess the member's situation and determine the required service (towing, flat tire, lockout, fuel delivery, etc.).
  • Dispatch the closest available service provider and monitor their progress in real-time to ensure timely arrival.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with members throughout their service event, managing expectations effectively.
  • Document all interactions and transactions in the company CRM system with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and service providers to troubleshoot issues and ensure fast, efficient resolution.
  • Adhere to client-specific protocols, company quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School Diploma / ALS Graduate; College education is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO, customer service, or roadside assistance setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, navigate between multiple software applications, and type efficiently (minimum 30 WPM).
  • Highly resilient with excellent stress management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Pasig City and amenable to shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
