Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site desktop support, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Perform roaming support duties across multiple office locations within the Central Region.
- Assist in the deployment, installation, and relocation of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Diagnose and resolve common end-user hardware and software technical issues.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and assets at various project sites.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and internal service standards.
- Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to ensure minimal downtime for staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong passion for IT support are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to travel between sites within the Central Region effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior internship experience in desktop support is a significant advantage.
