Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of innovators? We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Robotic Coding Teacher to join our growing educational team in Lubuk Pakam. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex technology and young minds, fostering a love for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) through hands-on robotics and programming instruction.
As a Robotic Coding Teacher, you will guide students through the exciting world of hardware assembly, logic building, and software development. Whether it's guiding a student through their first line of code or helping them debug an autonomous robot, your mentorship will be the catalyst for their technological journey. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for robotics and coding classes.
- Guide students in building and programming various robotic kits and hardware components.
- Facilitate hands-on activities that encourage computational thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain and organize classroom equipment, including robotics kits, computers, and electronic components.
- Create an inclusive and motivating environment that caters to different learning speeds and styles.
- Prepare students for local or regional robotics competitions and tech exhibitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in teaching or mentoring children, preferably in a STEM or coding environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly) or text-based languages (Python, C++).
- Familiarity with robotic hardware platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, VEX, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and effectively.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours as required by the academic schedule.
