In this role, you will play a pivotal part in inspiring young minds to explore the intersection of technology, engineering, and programming. You will facilitate hands-on learning environments where students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a fundamental understanding of robotics and software development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans focused on robotics, hardware assembly, and coding logic.
- Instruct students on programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or C++ tailored for educational robotic kits.
- Guide students through the physical construction of robotic projects, ensuring safety and precision.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster a growth mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment conducive to active learning.
- Collaborate with educational staff to update curriculum content to keep up with industry trends.
- Prepare students for local or national robotics competitions and exhibitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring children or teenagers.
- Strong understanding of robotics hardware (e.g., LEGO Education, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
- Proficiency in at least one block-based or text-based programming language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Passionate about STEM education and dedicated to continuous personal development.
- Ability to work on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule, including weekends if necessary.
