Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test robotic systems and automated hardware components.
- Program and troubleshoot robotic controllers, PLCs, and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to determine technical requirements and system feasibility.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Perform simulation and modeling of robotic processes to optimize performance and cycle times.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, and user manuals.
- Provide on-site technical support and training for clients during the commissioning phase.
- Stay updated on emerging robotics technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in robotic programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, or ROS).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or PLC ladder logic.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing components and layouts.
- Solid understanding of sensors, actuators, and motion control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for project sites as required.
