- Design, develop, and test workforce automation bots (RPA solutions) using AI Agent Engineering methodologies
- Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities across business functions to recommend automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot existing RPA processes to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
- Document process flows, technical designs, and user procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users during and after automation implementation
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve automation capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Strong knowledge of AI Agent Engineering, machine learning concepts, and their application in business automation
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET for automation scripting
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and documentation methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
