Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in robotic systems with precision and efficiency
- Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and software updates to ensure optimal robotic performance
- Install, configure, and upgrade robotic systems at client sites according to specifications
- Provide exceptional technical support and service excellence to clients through responsive communication
- Document service activities, prepare detailed technical reports, and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve recurring technical issues and improve system reliability
- Train clients on proper operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices for robotic systems
- Stay updated on the latest robotics technology, industry trends, and service methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in robotic systems maintenance, repair, or technical support
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and system documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team
- Valid Singapore driver's license with a clean driving record for client site visits
- Certification in robotics, automation technology, or related field is highly desirable
