Wirabot is a dynamic robotics startup in Kuala Lumpur seeking a passionate Robotics Field Specialist to join our growing team. As a key technical contact for our clients, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment and maintenance of our state-of-the-art humanoid robots and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). This mid-level role is perfect for a hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a pivotal role in advancing logistics automation across Malaysia.
In this position, you will oversee complex on-site setups for high-profile events and commercial deployments. Your expertise will ensure our robots operate seamlessly, while your troubleshooting skills will keep downtime to a minimum. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent communication skills to train clients and demonstrate our technology effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site deployment and configuration of humanoid robots and AMR fleets.
- Lead technical setup for events, ensuring all robotics systems are operational and secure.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in the field to minimize system downtime.
- Conduct on-site training sessions for clients and end-users on robot operation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to relay field feedback and software updates.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and perform routine maintenance checks on field equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company operational procedures during all deployments.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in robotics, field engineering, or mechatronics.
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) or similar robotics platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings for event setups and deployments.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and basic computer systems.
