In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the production readiness of our in-house robotic systems, ensuring that our hardware meets rigorous manufacturing standards and performance benchmarks.
You will bridge the gap between design and factory floor, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and oversee the successful launch of next-generation robot platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the transition of robotic hardware from prototype design to full-scale production readiness.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to resolve hardware integration challenges.
- Oversee supplier quality and technical documentation, ensuring all components meet performance specifications.
- Conduct design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) analysis to reduce costs and improve reliability.
- Manage the technical execution of pilot production runs and troubleshoot hardware failures in real-time.
- Maintain technical documentation, including assembly manuals, BOMs, and testing protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering, specifically within robotics or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and PDM systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, sensors, actuators, and power distribution systems.
- Proven track record in driving NPI (New Product Introduction) cycles from development to production launch.
- Experience with ISO manufacturing standards and rigorous quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to coordinate with external vendors and factory partners.
