- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using industry-standard tools
- Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and define scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive automation documentation and process maps
- Optimize existing automation solutions for performance, scalability, and security
- Train and support end-users on new automation processes and tools
- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in RPA design, development, and implementation
- Expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business process re-engineering experience
- Proficiency in workflow automation and scripting languages
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in RPA tools or process automation is highly desirable
