Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all guest room areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces
- Change bed linens and towels daily, ensuring proper folding and placement according to standards
- Restock guest amenities, toiletries, and supplies to meet occupancy needs
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest requests to the housekeeping supervisor
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed
- Follow established safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover between guest stays
- Adhere to brand-specific cleanliness and presentation standards during inspections
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 15kg repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while managing multiple rooms
- Excellent time management skills to meet room preparation deadlines
