- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Stock guest rooms with essential amenities and supplies
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Provide responsive guest assistance when required
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting
- Basic communication skills in English or Filipino
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance
